Yes. We can provide reference samples of existing effects like VOID or OPENED, or a mockup showing your logo layout. Full custom prototype runs are possible, but usually not recommended because of the high cost.

What is the typical lead time for tamper-evident labels and tapes?

Standard lead time is around 4–5 weeks after artwork approval. If new tooling or custom master patterns are needed, add about 1 extra week. During festive or peak seasons, please allow more buffer.

Yes, we do keep some standard tamper-evident tapes and labels as ready stock. Availability depends on size, colour and effect.

Do you offer shipping for tamper-evident stickers across all states in West and East Malaysia?

Yes. We do. For states in West Malaysia, we usually use a courier service, which takes around 2–3 working days. For Sabah and Sarawak, we normally ship by air freight, around 7 working days, depending on the courier and schedule.

What are your payment terms for tamper-evident products?

Standard terms are 50% deposit upon booking and the balance before delivery. Credit terms can be discussed and are subject to approval.
