  5. Winners and prizes will be drawn and announced on the first day of the subsequent quarter.
  • The organisation and the participant are deemed as one party. Different people from the same organisation are to deem as the same, hence, will not be offered more than one (1) participation chance per quarter of the year.
  • One (1) organisation is only eligible to participate in GIVEBACK DECADE once per quarter, no matter the quantity of orders.
  • Each winner will only be entitled to win only 1 unit of the prize item for GIVEBACK DECADE per quarter.
  • Raffle draw ID for each eligible draw will be generated and sent to participants via email.
  • Winners will be drawn using our CheckNow random raffle draw system on Facebook live. Draw dates will be announced through our Facebook and Instagram page/ account.
  • Upon the reveal of the winner, the draw ID and the participant’s name will be announced. Organisations’ details will not be announced or exposed for private & confidential purposes.
  • In the case of participants having the same name as announced, draw ID will be used to identify the correct winner. Matching draw ID and participant’s name will be the true winner for the draw.
  • Winners will be notified through the contact details stated by the Participant during online registration. Any untrue/ uncontactable details will be disqualified.
  • All winners are required to collect their prizes from Packtica Sdn Bhd’s office located in Cheras Plaza, Kuala Lumpur.
  • In the event that Packtica Sdn Bhd is unable to contact any of the winners within 3 working days for whatever reasons, the prize of that particular winner will be forfeited at the sole discretion of Packtica Sdn Bhd. No alternatives will be offered.
  • Packtica Sdn Bhd reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of any of the Participants and to disqualify any Participants who do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
  • Value of the prizes may vary; Packtica Sdn Bhd reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
  • Any prize not claimed within 7 days of notification will be forfeited. No alternatives will be offered. For the avoidance of doubt, if a winner fails to claim the prize within the stipulated duration, Packtica Sdn Bhd shall have the right at its own discretion to re-draw.
  • Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable. Packtica Sdn Bhd makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes, including, without limitation, relating to quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Packtica Sdn Bhd assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect to defect or deficiency of the prizes and will not entertain any correspondence in this regard. All winners shall accept the prizes on an “as is” basis.
  • The decision of Packtica Sdn Bhd on all matters relating to or in connection with the Raffle Draw (including selection of the winners) is final and binding on all parties concerned.
  • Each of the Participants hereby agrees to release and hold harmless Packtica Sdn Bhd, its employees, agents and representatives against any and/or all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Raffle Draw (including resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prizes, or travel to or from any prize-related activity).
  • Packtica Sdn Bhd reserves the right to publish and display the names, addresses, photographs, audio and visual recordings of the winners, in any mass media or marketing materials for advertising and publicity purposes without any payment or compensation.

  3. 10% rebate is only applicable to any VDP packages purchase made within year 2020.
  4. Minimum order quantity (varies between packages) must be achieved in order to enjoy a 10% rebate.
  5. CheckNow subscription PWP promo price is only applicable for any purchase of the VDP packages.
  • The organisation and the participant are deemed as one party. Different people from the same organisation are to deem as the same, hence, will not be offered more than one time of 10% rebate.
  • 10% rebate is only applicable for new clients on the first order of any VDP packages purchases made within year 2020.
  • 10% rebate will be calculated based on the amount of the total invoice value capped at RM1000 per client / organization.
